I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Defense Resources Management Institute at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
 
I received a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Indiana University in 2018.

I am interested in bureaucratic decision making.  My research examines how public managers use performance information.  In my dissertation I incorporated psychology and designed experiments to better understand how unelected public managers use performance information.
